One of the greatest advantages of staying in a villa is the personalised service provided by dedicated staff. Saffron & Blue’s staff have been with the villa for many years and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Sri Lankan hospitality, but let your villa manager know how much staff presence you’re comfortable with – for example, at mealtimes only, or on hand to serve iced drinks throughout the day – and service can be tailored to suit your preferences.

- Saffron & Blue’s capable and knowledgeable manager, Richie, is responsible for the overall operation of the villa. His job is to oversee and coordinate the staff and property. Richie is not on site, but is contactable by phone at any time.
Brayan welcomes guests to Saffron & Blue and helps them settle in. He will explain how the villa operates, how the dining system works, and give you suggestions about places to visit and things to do in the area.
Chamith, Saffron & Blue’s skilled chef, trained under celebrity chef Koluu, ‘The High Priest of Sri Lankan Food’. He will prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner according to your wishes.
Houseboys Rajeewa and Kumudu are at your service during your stay. They attend daily to all cleaning and tidying requirements in the villa and its grounds. They will also serve drinks throughout the day, assist the kitchen staff and provide table service at mealtimes.
